Another scene from the funeral of Philadelphia Firefighter Captain Michael Goodwin, Sr. who fell into a burning inferno on April 6 when the roof of a burning building collapsed.

In the cemetery, preparations were being made to accept the funeral procession. Ritual crossed ladders are set up at the cemetery entrance, where a very large American Flag is draped between the two extended ladders (see discussion area).

The crossed ladders in this photo are there to lead the procession to the grave site.

Gord MacEachern 		  Well done Michelle, I was a Volunteer firefighter for a number of years. Always a sad day when something bad happens just doing your job, even in any line of work.
