Description

A capture somewhat similiar to this one had won me Grand prize in the Adobe PhotoWorkShop.com international contest a couple years back. The thrill was a once in a lifetime thrill.

Thank you all for your kind words of support. I have received several e mails, asking how the lighting was accomplished. I used Mystical lights by Fx and used the light caster effect for the headlights. I used light brush to paint lighting effects and bring back some detail on the surrounding scene and windows of the truck after darkening the scene with the spot light effect. For lights in a ghost town scene one can use the filter select= render/spotlights in CS2,3 or 4 and change the color to a soft amber. I do believe for each individual lamp one must exit and re enter. Bring the ambiance up so you can see what you are doing and then bring the ambiance back down to your liking to darken the scene completely except for the glowing lamps. Sooo cool!!! Have fun playing, that's the trick to any effect. Hope this helps. #7499826
