Hi Johnnie Ann G., Thanks,This is an image thet came straight out of the camera like this. The only thing that may explain the 'watercolor effect', is the lighting.
I placed the leaves on a lightbox which backlit them. I also used a softlight to light them slightly from above and to the side to capture some texture.A reflection was also used to fill dark areas. The duel lighting & reflector creates awsome effects.
It is a macro image captured with the 50mm canon macro 'close-up' lens. I hope that this helps. Donna #6911379
