Hi, Lisa:

I have looked at your butterfly photos, and they are nice. However, you could greatly improve them by composing the shots differently. You've been placing the open space on the back-side of the butterfly, giving the insect very little viewing room. Instead, you should be placing the most space on the side to which the butterfly is looking. For instance, this shot in particular would work much better had you placed the butterfly in the lower, right-hand corner of the photo rather than the top-left.
