Would love this on my wall... #630022

Corry Berghout July 03, 2004

Beautiful. I really like the mood & colours that multiple exposures give. I attended a presentation by Andre Gallant in May on his Dreamscapes. Have tried a bit of the montages - but much more to learn. #630148

Michael Khoury July 04, 2004

Thank you Rob, Deborah, Terry, Bonnie...your input is important to me. Corry, André has done much to promote the montaging techniques which Michael Orton did excell in earlier...but I do prefer the multiple exposure technique which is Freeman's forté...
cheers.

I like this one better than the one we had a discussion about! It's more harmonic in its pattern! I just feel that the yellow in the back to the left steals too much attention, nad I think your picture would be better with it coned out:-) Constructive criticism;-) #656019

Michael Khoury July 18, 2004

Hi Mette...I hesitated about that before I uploaded the photo, but for some strange reason, went ahead and did it anyway(a bit of arrogance on my part maybe :o))...I have to agree with you 100%...my eye also keeps going to that corner because of that...thanks for confirming to me that it's not o.k., and I will try to fix it. You are good Mette, and an example to all of us conscienscious photographers who care and need to see 'BetterPhoto' became even a 'better' place to share. positivity helps to encourage the photographer, yes... but when there are obvious faults with the photo, they shoud be pointed out....I feel here many hesitate to do this. #656125

i´ve read the comments and I must say I simply like it this way, sincerely!! I wouldn´t change a thing. But then I think we never please everyone and people should always give their constructive opinion.
But the photographer is the one that has the last word. After reading the different opinions the photogrpaher is the one that says if however he likes or not!
Cheers from Portugal, Su #696596
