Description

Cruising into Grand Junction Colorado, on Interstate 70. Stuck my head out the window and pointed east! Some may say it's a boring part of the country, but I love the blue skies, low humidity, cloud patterns, and the desert-like terrain.

F8, 1/125 sec, ISO 100, 10mm focal length (Sigma 10-20mm wide angle lens)

I'm amazed how good this is for an out the window shot Ken! I figure 10mm times 75 mph is the equivalent of about a gazillion ways to mess up a shot :0) I really like your composition, the feel of speed but the calm of the western Colorado scenery. I think Colorado has the bluest skies in the lower 48? Well done!! #4618427

I was the driver for this shot. Ken knew that I was missing not travelling with my dog, so to make me feel better he would ride around with his head out the window. That's what friends are for! No easy task, it was over 100 that day. #4618722
