I LOVE LOVE LOVE this! I really like the grainy film, it's really beautiful! #105887

Thanks so much, Amy. The film is actually APX100, which is pretty fine grain, but if I scan it through with my film scanner and adjust the contrast and levels accordingly it gives this grainy effect. It actually highlights the actual grain, so I prefer to do it this way than to "add noise." #419204

The light on her face is amazing, and makes a kind of fragile look!! Terrific photo, one of those photos i´ll remember for a while!

Thanks everyone....I used the grainy sepia look because this little girl has an old fashioned look to her and thought it would suit, I'm glad you like it.

Wonderful shot!
Too bad Agfa APX 100 film is no longer being made.
I too loved shooting this film on my Pentax PZ1P.
Cheers!

I think this is a wonderful shot. Did you take multiple exposures? If so you could show more contrast in the hair in front of the face which would be really nice. Either that or you can dodge and burn in photoshop. #3477847
