Saw this boot on top of a fence post while driving down the road. F7.1, 1/2500 sec.,+.07 overexposure to eliminate foggy, distracting background

Great find and beautifully shot, Ron. Your +.07 of overexposure worked perfectly for you. I would never have thought of using overexposure to get rid of a distracting background. I'll have to try it. Thanks for the tip. Looks like you've already gotten far along the the learning curve for "our" camera! It is a fun camera to use, isn't it? #90946

Hi Ron,
I don't think I knew you were over here! This must be where I saw this photo but I haven't commented here so I'm thinking maybe it was at PhotoAlley, were you a member there by any chance. If I had seen this image here I would have commented! Hope you can help me solve this mystery! :-)
