Wagon Hill - High Moon

Uploaded: February 01, 2006 06:32:55

Description

An early morning and low camera angle presented the opportunity to iclude a crescent moon hovering over Wagon Hill conservation area in Durham, NH. This old wagon is a local landmark, and attempts (some successful)to steal it have resulted in cables to make sure it doesn't roll away unintentionally! The area has wonderful dog walking trails as well as hills for sledding in the winter, with access to Great Bay Estuary. Tokina 28-70mm, Bogan tripod, Fuji Velvia 50.

Awsome shot Harry. Love the coloring and the moon. Great capture. I took some pictures of a wagon on a hill by Rt. 4. I'm not sure, maybe the same one. Can you see it along that route? Kathy in NH #2364298
