Description

A long time ago, I got a pretty good shot of the moon from Las Vegas. So I used it for a lot of composites. This was a composite, two images combined, ran through an AI process then an image of blue glitter paper, (I just snapped a pic of glitter board, it's useful :)) was layered over this to create the star effect. Then cleaned up in PS Elements.
