Approaching Danger

Description

It's after sunset and the grownup giraffes are waiting for the baby giraffe to rest up from their walk to the watering hole. Things are getting a little tense because it's about time for the predators to come out to hunt. Speaking of which there is a lion approaching through the trees. He hasn't spied the giraffes but it's only a matter of time.
I started with a background texture and added the giraffes and lion as composite images. I used the render tool to place some trees in the foreground and the background trees were added with a photoshop brush. I used the Flood Filter to add the watering hole and tree reflections. The flying birds were added with a Photoshop Brush.
