Description

I love shooting silhouettes, especially into reflected sunsets or sunrises, with a long lens for that abstract look. This pair of Canada geese cooperated, holding perfectly still in the late afternoon light. Do you know why geese and other birds stand on one leg? Because if they lifted BOTH legs, they would fall!

Exif: F Number: 7.1, Exposure Bias Value: 0.67, ExposureTime: 1/500 seconds, Flash: did not fire, compulsory flash mode, ISO: 320, White balance: Auto white balance, FocalLength: 185.00 mm, Model: NIKON D7000
