Ok, maybe not really so much in mid-October...! But it sure was pretty in (25 sec) long-exposures!
A chilly pre-sunrise view from the shore of Lake Michigan. The sea wall we were on had ladders here and there,
presumably for anyone falling into the lake. It was probably 40 degrees; can't imagine the water temp!
