Hi Laura, thank you. Summer is great and sure enjoy every day. Living in Willow Park, we were spared the flood. I go to Fish Creek by bowbottom trail, and was horrified to see what the river did, where there was nice grass, now full of bolders, it's aweful. This image was used as a cover by ATCO on one of their annual reports. Hope the flood did not affect you #10774081

RIGHT! I forgot that you are in Willow Park. I was thinking Fish Creek but closer to the golf course. VERY happy to know you are okay, Stan. We are, too. We live up on a hill so we faired well. Our pines loved the extra water. No underground creeks this high up.

Was watching on the news about all of the (still) homeless Zoo animals and the many who will not be able to ever return due to so much damage to their "area"...The zoo is paying out 30,000 a day to get things going again. Will be open soon. Another week?? Maybe parts are now. Not sure. Most of the exotic animals were housed at city hall, of all places, when the flood hit. Must be some jail cells there? Lol...The official said that it was the safest place they could think of to put them.

Neat about ATCO. What an honor. Not just for you but for them as well!! It's a wonderful image.

Laura, at least we are safe, feel sorry for all the others in our city. I just feel aweful at the way Fish Creek changed If you get down that way, turn off at Hull parking lot and walk towards the river, You will see lots of rocks, I did not think our river had so many, landscape sure has changed #10775481
