This is so funny, Wm...You are just so silly and I know if we were all together as a group in person you would be the life of the party. *<:) #1527833

Well, I am glad we get to see your fun and open side here, Wm. I am more reserved in person, too, when it is just one on one. I know. Shocker! :) I shine in a group in party situations and get shy and become a good listener with just one.

Wouldn't that be funny if we all got together and became shy and no one spoke? HA! Then what? Ice fishing? :D

No. Not Old, Not out of Shape and not Stupid.

We are 29. Remember? All things are possible at 29. #10690442

P.S I took photograph in high school and learned to develop black and white. Did so in the great lab there all the time. It was very rewarding and often frustrating! I never became excellent at it. My Dad was the real pro. :)I wrote about my Dad in my BP Bio. #10690448

Yes. I can see us all now. Big hugs, big smiles and in our smiles would hold a whole pile of mutual understanding between us all. And gratefulness for our friendships. Like you said, sharing our passion for taking photos and also bonding as buddies too. :)The wonderful miracle of the Internet. So much fun and sometimes a life saver. I know I am very thankful for all of you.

OKAY! -TO THE ICE! Let us know if the Great Blue Heron's are back. Our Robins have come home to us! They always do and this is when we know for sure spring is back, as well!

Yippeeeeeeeee! 29 is GOOD!

Night night!

(Is the pond still frozen? I was assuming, but I bet it has melted? The Bow River is still icy at many parts on the edges. The parts in the shade). #10690515

Brrrr....You really might get snow. Hope not. It was supposed to be 27* and sunny here today. It's 17* and a very white sky. Rather gloomy and still out.

Hey I meant to ask you Wm, What is a contact printer?? #10690950

:) Got Kick Out #10691174

Laura E. Swan level-classic May 12, 2013

Boy this took me back to the days of the class I took in high school. (Art Photography) :) That would have been, 1976? I recognized almost everything you said. Except my negatives were slid into a little slot, I think. I can hardly remember the process now. The smells in there.OH THE SMELLS!Lol...Our classroom had a fairly large darkroom that bolted closed, (so other students wouldn't come traipsing in exposing our undeveloped photos), and then once inside of there we'd turn on the overhead power fan that just about lifted the hair off our heads! :D Actually I keep saying "we" but I am pretty sure I never had other students in there when I was developing my film. We had to do it all by ourselves. I am sad to know you threw out your shaker cans etc... :( Saying goodbye to old friends! Never easy! #10691332
