Making Fragrant, Flavorful 5 Spice Powder

Description

A Chinese spice specialty made with Star Anise, Szechwan Pepper, Cinnamon, Cloves and Fennel Seeds. Canon 5D Mark II, TS-E 45mm f2.8 Tilt-and-Shift lens, ISO 125, 0.5 sec @ f22, natural window light enhanced with a soft warm reflector.
