Description

One of the ubiquitous hot dog carts of New York City, set against a building whose windows were filmed over with a massive decal/advertisement.
(I liked that amongst all the colorful hot dog signs on the cart, there's one that says "New York Hot Dog"!)
The title jumped out at me, from the "dieting" expression, 'A moment on the lips, a lifetime on the hips'--I think that sums up NY chili-dogs and pretzels!
