Description

We spent about an hour with these bright colorful lories at the Lory Landing in the San Antonio Zoo. While there are more colorful lories, this one seemed to sum up their attitude. Got Nector?

One of his buddies didn't like my camera and kept trying to bite the lens cover. But for most they let me take dozens of pictures while sitting on my hand, shoulder head, son, the rail the rope. You name it as long as the Nector stood out. You've not been groomed til one of these babies starts trying to clean your ears out!

Great capture, we have a lorikeet as a pet, so I know how difficult it is to have them sit still long enough to get a picture. They're such little clowns! #1756228
