Description

Many tripoders gather for sunrises behind the museum in Zion National Park. It was my intent to remake a pano with a more dramatic sky, but, because of the long exposures required and the fast-changing sky, I had to settle for single shots. To show how quickly the scene can change I've included a few more in Comments.

That red rock and lighting is so pretty I think as you have shown us here, that it looks gorgeous with any sky. It is hard on a dedicated photographer to have something in their mind they want, and mother nature has other ideas. All shots will stand on their own merit Marty. That is why it is so hard to tear yourself away from a place like that because in a few minuets it is altogether a different view. Beautiful work my friend.
