Vintage Love
Uploaded: November 22, 2010
Re-edit, re-submit. Shot the photo of my daughter in a vintage dress that belonged to my mother from the 1940's. Styled my daughters hair to fit the era.
Light from window, shot raw, converted in CS3, added a scanned photo of a scrapbook paper that I hand painted and erased back to expose the image of my daughter. Lots of time on this one :)

Wow, this is gorgeous as well. I'm in awe of your talent! #9063619Nikki McDonald December 05, 2010
Impossible, really, to pick a favorite from your November entries -- every single one is a winner in my eyes. I'm going with this one because it's the most unusual and creative, I think, and because it showcases your multiple talents so very well. How fitting that the model for all your entries this month be Jessica -- hope she presents her gift to all of you long before finalists come out LOL. I'll go with Old Fashioned Girl as my 2nd choice but only because I love black and white and it's such a masterful example of that. Best of luck to you. #9082204Jean E. Hildebrant December 05, 2010
Thanks so much to each and everyone of your comments! I have a special fondness for this image. It took lots of work and was one of my first attempts at using layers. It was fun to do :)Sign up for an interactive online photography course to get critiques on your photos.
