Very nice, Joan. The edits brought out the strengths in the image, but your capture contained all the right elements in all the right places. #9026810Teresa H. Hunt November 10, 2010
Very cool and unique image. Where is this located? Was there a storm or something to create this? #9026840Michael Kelly November 10, 2010
Great PP work and a very beautiful and interesting photo. I agree with Stephen's comment. Your initial photo had all the elements and the PP just brought out the strengths. It is all wonderful and I expect to see this one again. #9026935

Thanks Jeff, Stephen and Mike! Appreciate your comments!Teresa, I amended the title to include the location (thanks for reminding me). No this is a totally natural phenoman actually. The island is generally windy, so the drifting is constant. Not sure how far up the island this road was originally, however it ends in a huge sand pile, which TXDOT has created, trying to keep the road open to at least the last beach access. I absolutely love this area, as it is constantly changing, and every trip is different. We are on the island for another couple of weeks, so I hope to get back for a few more shots. #9028119

Joan, This image is deserving of a prize. It is a unique scene, beautifully composed, shot and processed. The limited pallete enhances the design aspects and your pov provides great leading lines. OUTSTANDING. #9030813Joan E. Hoffman November 13, 2010
