Thanks Carolyn, Jenny, Goshka, Donna, Marcie, Jill, Deb, Marsha, Sylvia, Donna, Linda, Tammy, Bobbie, Kay and Terry. Bobbie, this was done with layers. I removed the background from the main image, and used flowers from another photo in place of the background. This photo consists of several layers where I used parts of the original photo and another photo to fill in the empty places in the background. I hope that makes sense.
