Sister Bay on the Rocks with a Twist

After taking a few sunset photos in Sister Bay, WI, I tried practicing some long exposures with the low light. f/22, 4 seconds, ISO 200, polarizer, AF-S DX VR Zoom-Nikkor 55-200mm f/4-5.6G IF-ED.
