Runners prepare for the start of another 5K Run - Every Saturday morning communities across the country are having Running Races that are raising money for local charities.

Jeff, this takes me back to my to what once consumed me. For so many years my heart would pound just before gun fired. One week a 5K or 10K... the next a marathon or an ultra-distance wilderness run. But today, it's just the lazy training runs...just for health.....trying to keep to keep an old guy young. lol Nice capture! #8717507

I love this look and how we concentrate on the all the legs and shoes and the gorgeous array of colors that are brought out.
