Nice shot Lorraine - you're obviously much braver than I am?! :)

The eyes almost look like they've been manipulated in some way (I'm sure they haven't), to give him an even greater sense of menace! :)

Thank you, Mark. There wasn't any bravery on my part, I was behind glass. I didn't even need a long lens, that is how close I was. It was remarkable. I put my lens directly on the glass to avoid a lens flare. Lorraine #1314

Great photo Lorraine, taken at just the right moment. I love the way he's looking up, straight at the camera. The image posted here looks a little soft. Is that a result of scanning or shooting through glass?

I don't know about the "softness" he was moving quite fast when I snapped the photo, so that could be why, or it could be the glass. My other photo of the snow leopard was also done through glass, but I didn't think it came soft. who knows...But thank you for your kind words. Lorraine #1319
