Spectacular frost capture -- gorgeous composition & color! Wish we had this in OR -- did all the time as a kid growing up with an unheated bedroom in NJ!

Thanks for everyone's good wishes. I appreciate them very much. This image comes from my own conservatory/greenhouse windows at the end of the day when the sun is lowering in the sky at the time of the first polar vortex. This is an unusual occurrence in the conservatory. This greenhouse was originally built around 1900 and was moved to my house in Toronto in 1993 from its original property in Forest Hill in Toronto. It was moved again in 2011 to my house in Grimsby where it continues its wonderful life of tropical plants and flowers that make winter a glorious thing. #10988590
