Thanks!I had to do some serious, and I mean serious, color correction to bring this one back from the dead. Almost the entire blue channel was removed, using Curves in Photoshop.
Thanks for the compliment. I like the photo too and your feedback reminded me that I wanted to enter it into a food photo contest that I saw recently, I think in Photo Graphic magazine.
