Thank you all so very much for the wonderful comments. I also appreciate the suggestions that it could earn more than an EP. Gosh, I hope you're right! This tunnel is in Central Park at the Bethesda Fountain. Lots of patience is needed to wait until there are few people around. Dec. is a better time for that since it's not toasty warm. There was another photographer there photographing this couple. I have some shots with him at work. LOL So I know they were posing for him and I just got lucky.: )

Guess I missed this one in the rounds last year....checking out the BP'S NYC & NYS photos....bet you're in here quite a bit with those magnificent roof/helicopter shots! You do NYC proud Karen. I also did not know about the tunnel under the fountain...or that beautiful ceiling! Wow....lovely

One of my all-time favorite public spaces in NYC; the park as a whole is amazing of course, but the wonderful, elegant architectural plaza around Bethesda Fountain, and in particular this marvelous tiled tunnel, are standouts in the park. Beautifully done, and great timing with the couple there! Definitely destined for more than EP!
