I would like to know why someone from the staff of betterphoto doesnt answer member questions pertaining to the workings of this website? I see a lot of speculations but no real answers from someone identified as staff of BP.

  I think it's a fair question. I just came online to post a picture and do some commenting and every time I post a comment, the wait time is painfully slow. So slow that I just timed my last comment to a first place winner and it took 3 minutes and 29 seconds!! I think that is unacceptable. There are lots of paying members here who deserve some answers to their questions and also fixes to this ongoing sporadic problem.

  This is my personal opinion, I have no foresure answer but I feel Jim is pretty much running BP on his own! Trouble shooting computer problems, judging all the images and trying to keep his own business going! I've also noticed that tonight the site is running very well! Just my thoughts!

  I'm with Dayna. I've pretty much given up on doing much commenting. It's too frustrating to wait so long for comments to post. Don't get me wrong, if Jim is truly running the site by himself, he really is doing a darn good job, and I'm thankful he is sticking with it! Just seems sad that at one time it was such an active site, with lots of educational opportunities and just plain fun! Still fun....just not quite as much as before.

  The community here is what makes BP special to me. So the ongoing difficulty in commenting is a big problem.

Another problem: I just attempted a re-sub and it seems to be entering the photo in its last submitted category (MT) rather then the one I was trying to use (NL).
