  Pradeep,
It depends on how you define "the art of good photography." That spans a very wide range from "How do I make better photographs for the family photo album?" to "How do I make gallery quality fine art?"

(a) Nearly all formal photography courses for "serious" work (e.g. professional and fine art photography) require ability to manually and directly control focus, lens aperture and shutter speed. The reason is so the student can learn how these affect photographs, and to exploit their effects in making photographs. This are a major part in the technical aspect of making photographs (there are a few more in addition to them). The bodies you listed would be difficult to do this with as they're intended to completely automate these things for the user.

(b) On the other hand, there is the art of composition, a good part of which is independent and semi-independent of being able to very directly control focus, aperture and shutter speed. This can easily be achieved with what you listed.

If your purpose is (a), then look for a body that will *easily* allow full manual focus and exposure control. If your purpose is (b), any of the the ones you listed will do fine. Much of the composition for a photograph is completely independent of the camera make and model being used, and totally dependent on the user.

The first two cameras you mentioned were released for a while. N55 is a new one. John is right, it is depend on your need. All cameras can take beautiful pictures, the most important is the person who behind the camera.
For my suggestion, go to have a look for Maxxum 5. In my opinion, this is the best in its class. Good luck.
