How did you find this out, Min!!! I think the same thing happened to Cyn Valentine. Her photos were stolen from her deluxe website. This website is in Russian! Maybe you can contact her about it. SHe no Longer uses her duluxe website. Here is the link: http://www.betterphoto.com/gallery/bio.php?memberID=140435

Hard telling, I don't read Russian and am relying on AltaVista Bablefish translation. Looks like you are being credited as the photographer, and the photos are there to discuss/critique. Not that it matters since the images are posted without your permission. Looks like they were uploaded by a username DM9JaymeSyfu. I'd try contacting that site, there's an email button in the upper left - mailto:thefoto@mail.ru

I think Better Photo has to do something about that because you are paying. And it's no fair that all your hard work is so easy to stolen.

I see your point Elida. Now can you please remove my photo from here? How did you do that?

I jus sent to you a private e-mail. I apologize Publicly here, Jessica I hope you don't get mad. I found that is more easy to copy the pictures from the Premiun gallery than from The Duluxe website.

There are real easy-to-use tools that allow folks to clip out the pixels off the monitor...this is different than a right mouse click, Save as option. Not sure what BP, or any on-line company could do to preclude this...again, folks aren't saving the actual JPG file..they're just clipping pixels from the montior display. There have been several forum threads regarding Flickr people that have stolen photos and posted onto Flickr, including one of mine. And they certainly didn't use my name as the photographer!

The solution is to stop uploading your images to other peoples server's (flikr, myspace, facebook, etc), including BP's. BP should allow us to simply link photos from our own servers. This would help tremendously.

My neighbor who works on computers for a living said for me to make sure that when converting a RAW image to JPEG for upload, to be 100% sure you change the size of the photo from large to medium or better yet, small. He said this helps prevent anyone from getting a large quality photo of your work. Haven't tried it yet, but will start.
