Molly E. Baldwin		Can't change bio text in my premium betterpholio I installed a counter of days til christmas awhile ago, and then tried to remove it when the holiday was over. When I removed all the unwanted html from my bio description box, it messed everything up and I no longer had a 'submit' button at the bottom. Now I can't change anything and my bio text is stuck the way it is. Is there any way I could reset my page? To love this question, log in above March 22, 2008

Nobu Nagase		Molly, Normally making errors in bio text would not cause the Submit button to disappear. But if you really do not have the Submit button, then no user's actions would work. In this case you will have to get the Site Administrator's help. I would suggest to click on "Contact" button at the bottom of the page and ask for BP Help Desk to clear your BIO text. But, .... Take a second look at your BIO text section after logging in and if the Submit Button is miraculously back, then blank out the text box and click on Submit. This will reset it, and after that, add your original BIO text. (Do save your original text, without html code errors, prior to blanking out. Just a word of caution.)
