Converting grey card readings to filtration

Actually two questions. The first one is easy if you know it- what is the voltage for 3200 K. Stores don't sell flood lamps by Kelvin. But more importantly, how do you do conversions from grey card readings to filtration? I have access to a densitometer and can get all my readings of my negs from that. But from there, after I've picked the best exposures of each print- I've bracketed- what's the mathematical equation to figure out my filter pack. The filter pack I use is 60M-70Y. If anyone is able to help me with this it'd be so great. Thank you!
Astrid
