choosing a lens for nikon n75

I am completely new to slr photography and have recently bought a second-hand nikon n75 after much careful reading. now I need to figure out a good basic lens to buy that wont cost a whole lot, but will allow me to take nice shots while I learn. any suggestions?

Nikon AF 50 f/1.8D ~$115. The standard "normal" lens for 35mm cameras for generations before zooms became popular. Fast f/1.8 aperture for shallow depth of field, and is likely to be the sharpest lens you'll ever own.

Nikon AF 28-80 f/3.3-5.6G ~$95. A cheap/simple "Kit" lens, but a very good performer for the price.

For ~$250, I like the Nikon AF 28-105 f/3.5-4.5D IF. Much better build, wider zoom range, faster maximum aperture, and closer focusing down to about 8.4" and 1/2 life size magnification.

The Tamron 28-75 f/2.8 XR Di is about ~$350 and is a terrific deal for a "professional" wide/normal zoom with fast f/2.8 maximum aperture throughout the zoom range.

thank you so much for your input. is there a website I can go to which lists different lenses and how they perform for comparison?
