Who makes it ???? I need info on the makers of Quantaray flashes,,, I have one and need to find a little some thing for it ,, I looked at everything I could find but just can't seem to find out who makes it. Thanks for any help Paul,,

Hard telling. Unlike the Quantaray lenses, which are clearly rebranded but otherwise identical to Sigma/Tamron/Cosina's own, the flashes appear to be unique models made by ??? to Ritz specifications. Could be Sunpak or some electronic supplier who do contract work and don't necessarily market under their own brand name.

Thanks for you help. I sort of thought it might be made for ritz and others. What I need isn't such a big deal it was just the diffuser on the flash , it was hard to keep in place and I lost it and went to Ritz to get another one and they told me that they couldn't get just the diffuser for Quantaray qtb900a twin flash unit I bought about 8 months ago. I would have to buy another unit to get it. That seemed a little unusual to me so that is why I am looking for the manufacturer. I can work around it but would like the one that came with it.Oh well, thanks again,, Paul

You might try the Ritz online store (1-877-690-0099), or just forget them and use one of the diffuser/bouncers from Lumiquest, Sto-fen, Gary Fong's Lightsphere, or even a DIY diffuser.

Thanks again,, I just thought it was strange that I couldn't get the diffuser since it came off any way. Its not like its bolted to the unit. Ha ha. I will probably use the lumquest bouncer any how. but again thanks for the help. I just called the number you gave and they told me that I would have to go back to the store and talk to them since the online store and retail stores are difference companies. Ha ha.
