Problems with fuzzie and unclear portraits


 
 
Hi I recently went to shoot a couple of celebrities and came up with "unclear images"..An expert told me that my ISO could have been set too low..also camera shake...but with a 18-70mm dx nikkor nikon lense this should not have happened...I will try to give you a couple of examaples...

Um, he's no expert!! Always used the lowest iso reasonably possible.
