Mini-Pictures I have tried to change the mini-picture that shows up next to my messages, but, it keeps giving me the old one and does not upload the new one. Any hints?

Hold down the shift key and then press refresh after you change it. I had the same problem and Jay (the computer guy at BP) told me to do that and it worked for me.

To change your mini-pic: Go to your premium gallery and sign in; this will take you to your member center; there you click on "premium Better Photo;" scroll down to "mini pic display" Hope this works for you, Anita
