gallery: page 2 after less than 30 pictures Hi Am I the only one who would like the possibility to decide how many pictures are displayed on the first page of the gallery index? What I mean is this: I would like to be able to say "after 9 pictures go to page 2", as I have more than 9 to display, but the first 9 would be the ones I'd like people to see at my first gallery page. Manuela :-)

No, you're not the only one. I've seen others who would like to change the number of images that appear on each page. Enter this into your web address (you can tell people this is your BP gallery address, as opposed to http://www.betterphoto.com/gallery/gallery.php?mem=178976): http://www.betterphoto.com/gallery/gallery.php?mem=178976&rows=9 Enjoy! Okay, I think I have a (kind of) solution: Enter the following into your gallery text, but be sure to enter a "<" directly before the "M" in META and a ">" directly after the quote mark in &rows=9" . META HTTP-EQUIV="Refresh" Let me know when you've tried it so I can see your gallery. (Note- this may only work after all the thumbnails have been downloaded.

But then again, if you do this, it might make it very difficult to change your gallery text after that. (The "0" means it redirects 0 seconds after the first page has been loaded. Maybe in "...CONTENT="0; URL..." you could replace the "0" with "5" or something. This would make a longer delay when someone visits your gallery for it to be redirected, but at least it's safer. AND THEN AGAIN!- WARNING!!! If you enter the suggested html code into your gallery text, it might make it so that even when someone is viewing page 2 it redirects to page one.

Hi Ariel Thank you very much for your suggestions :-) Actually the first one looks as the most elegant workaround to me as long (?) as it's not an 'official' option. Best wishes :-) Manuela
