How Easy is the Deluxe Site to Set Up

How easy is setting up a Deluxe site here,as I'm considering it, also, can I transfer my domain name?

Thank you for your interest in the Betterphoto Web Sites. Our Deluxe Web Site packages have been designed to operate and be maintainable for anyone, (even complete non-techs). You basically have full control over your site: changing the look of your site between our 24 color/layout combinations as often as you like, adding/deleting images and categories, updating your homepage, adding links to other sites and much more. All of these functions are easily accessible and changeable from your Deluxe Web Site Admin Center.

We have two different packages from which to choose. Here are links that explain each fully:
