I did a little research on the net , it seems to be a australian cockatoo...I did not find the english name just the latin (cacatua rosei capilla) and a page with pictures of it, sorry the text is in german :(

  No as a matter of fact,It was taken in a Aviary where there were over 70 or so birds,some flying,some sitting...No name tags!!!
