Sigma 50-500 Has anyone used Sigma's 50-500 HSM lens? I shoot mostly landscapes and sports. Would love to get Canon's 500mm IS lens but the divorce lawyer would be cheaper!

Hi. I do not have the 50-500 but do have the 170-500 APO for my Maxxum cameras. I have been extremely pleased with the quality of the images I get with this lens. You may want to consider this lens since it is generally about $200-$300 cheaper than the 50-500.
