  1. I believe the Cosina C1s uses the common Pentax K-mount. Any Pentax lens and any other maker's lens made for the Pentax K-mount will work on it. You'll be happier using older manual focus lenses than using autofocus lenses in manual focus mode. http://www.bdimitrov.de/kmp/ is a good source of information on the better old manual focus Pentax lenses if you're shopping for used. Choices for new manual focus lenses are a bit limited. Try Pentax smc P-A Zoom 80-200mm F4.7-5.6, or Tokina 60-300 f/4-5.6 (model SZ-X 630). I think Cosina also makes manual focus lenses for this mount.

2. "Macro 1.5X" is written on what lens? The 35-70 you have or another you are looking at? If it's on the 35-70, I'm pretty sure it refers to the close focus ability of the lens, and is probably 1:5x (0.20 life size at closest focus distance) rather than 1.5x. If it's on another lens, I'm guessing it's a teleconverter that increases the lens focal length by a factor of 1.5x. This works as an alternative to a true macro lens as the lens/teleconverter combination gives greater magnification than the lens alone because it still focuses as close as the lens alone. A teleconverter also has the effect of reducing the maximum aperture by the same factor, so used with a f/3.5-5.6 zoom the combined lens/teleconverter maximum aperture would be f/5.25-8.4.

3. The Vivitar 3200A is ok and can be used with this camera.

Hi there! I also used to have Cosina c1s. (have switched to Pentax MY-6 a year ago) Jon is right - Cosina has the Pentax K-mount, so you can use any of the Pentax MF or even AF lenses. Besides it, Cosina also makes its own MF lenses for k-mount. I still posses Cosina 70-210 MF. It is ok and can work even with my new Pentax camera. As far to the older lenses - Tokina SZ-X is a really good choice. However I had a really hard time finding - no way. That is why I finally got the original Cosina 70-210. Good luck!
