Photoshop Elements 9. This retails for around $80. It does most everything that the photographer needs at hundreds less cost than PS4 or PS5. It still has a steep learning curve for anyone who has not used earlier versions but there are plenty of tutorials on the Web to help one along. Good luck Dave. Pete
