I like it Beth! Wonderful color and detail. I like the flow of the individual fern branches too as well as the dark BG. Is this a flash shot?

Stephen Shoff 		  Wonderful colors. As Mike said, very nice flow in the lines. I will be interested in seeing the crop suggestion. The negative space in the upper right, and some of the conflicting lines along the bottom margin may be weakening the composition.

Thanks everyone, and yes Jeff it was before the fall! I cropped this as Rita suggested, I am not sure I got what she had in mind. I used a color effex Pro 4 filter on this and I think it was the darken lighten center. It was early evening. I am posting the one without the filter to show the difference, I did not use a flash.
