Second Instar Carolina Mantis

Mantodae:Mantidae:Stagmomantis carolina. This is the second instar, standing on my daughter's finger. This one is the offspring of my pet mantis shown earlier in this gallery. I am raising a few of this in my office...feeding them fruit flies.
