f5.6, 1/320th sec., ISO 400. Taken at the orchid display at the Flower Fields in Cardsbad, CA 21 March 2010. Edited in PSCS3 and NIK software to bring out color and add a glow.

Interesting effects on this one. I think it would work better by not cutting off the bottom orchid, losing the top turned one if you had to. Or just zoomed out a bit more to include both.
Otherwise Nice image.
You have access to some beautiful areas and things out there.
