Uploaded: March 22, 2010
Hymenoptera, a little wasp face, continuing with the subject of insect faces here. F32, 1/200s, ISO200, Ringflash, plus a stack of extension tubes (12mm +20mm + 36mm Kenko) in between the camera and my 60mm Nikkor macro lens. This gives an approximate magnification of 3.0. This image is a focus stack of 2 frames. I adjusted exposure, contrast, color and reduced noise application. Cropped. Taken in Raleigh, NC USA on March 21, 2010
