Description

f6.3, i/320th sec., ISO 400. Nikkor 70-200 VR lens, 20mm extension tube, Nikkor 1.7 TC,SB-900 flash. Effectively, it was an improvised macro shot. This was handheld. Very little editing, but what was done was in PSCS3 and NIK software. Overcast shade.

Exif: F Number: 6.3, Exposure Bias Value: 0.00, ExposureTime: 1/320 seconds, Flash: fired, compulsory flash mode, return light detected, ISO: 400, White balance: Manual white balance, FocalLength: 200.00 mm, Model: NIKON D300

I've seen so many photos of a humming bird flying to a feeder but I've never seen one perched like this and feeding her chicks.
