Good Afternoon Phellos! Well, once again I have been BUSY editing a wedding, so I have not put my own pics up here.... BUT, wedding is done :) YES! lol

This is little Brayden. Bean and I photographed him on Saturday - 5 days old! He was wonderful. I already entered this shot, but I wanted to share what I have been up to and see what you all thought. Bean made the cocoon! LOVE it! She made me a pink/orange one too, so now I am looking for a girl baby to photograph :) #1246350

Very nice Deb! I love the cocoon and the blacked out background.

The light on his arm seems just a tad on the hot side, but probably not enough to worry about. #8440190

Deb, I love this shot! He looks so snug. I agree with Jeff on the arm.

So is Bean selling the coccon's. I have 2 sisters and a sister-n-law who are pregnant. I know for sure I'll be able to photograph one of my sister's babies. #8440876

Well Debbra, if this is a March Action shot, I like it. This is the kind of action I am good at; usually right after lunch! #8442728

Thanks everyone! I see the spot on the arm now that you mention it... not sure why I never notice those before! I know there a few ways to deal with that issue. Anyone have an opinion about which way is the best one?

Here is another shot with Brayden in the pouch Bean made :) We had it tied to a stick that my girls were holding :) #8442927

Adorable shot! He is a cutie and those cocoons look so comfortable. Are you going to make those for adults too?! ;) #8443304

Thanks everyone! The cocoon was great, bec. the baby LOVED it! Completely relaxed. He was only 5 days old, so I am sure it felt like the womb to be all smushed up! lol

Christie - GREAT idea! Hmmm - wonder how long it would take her to make an adult one? lol Bean? #8445480

Jeanine M. Bailey March 10, 2010

An adult cocoon...that would ROCK!!! Wonder how long that would take me!!! :):):) #8445724

Super cute image Deb...my sister is pregnant as well and I should be an uncle in a couple months, cant' wait to hold him and then hand him back to go home and get a full nights rest ;-) #8449262

Debbie E. Payne March 12, 2010

Both are great, Debbra but I just love the pouch one.
Squished up is certainly a good way to describe him.

Wouldn't "pouches" for adults be called old fashioned hammocks or skychairs? #8451637

This is so adorable Debbra!!!! Love it!!! #8452885
