Steppin' Out

Uploaded: November 06, 2009

Description

"Tex" spent 139 days in plush accommodations .. was power-fed and pampered .. as are all my "pets". He came to me as a teenager and walked out a man, still untouched by human hands. His departure "threads" are far more beautiful than when he arrived. He is back where he belongs after giving me a real education. Aufwieder-bye-bye, Tex!!

Very Nice

Its Funny how us OLDER BOYS never outgrow some things like " ALMOST PETS " and enjoying the wilder side of NATURE.

Happy Shooting

He sure does look sleek and handsome, Jim. I suspect you are starting to suffer from "empty nest" syndrome, since I believe the rest of the menagerie (the wild arm of it, anyway)has gone on to the Rainbow Bridge. What sort of (animal) creature will you find next to benefit from your nurturing touch?

Beautiful work! #8109846

Ah, Adios, Tex...I'm so glad you took this parting shot, Jim. Do I detect a tear in his eye(s)? I think not...he was ready to move out and onto a life of his own; sow a few wild oats, raise a little hell and find a nice gal somewhere up the trail...A great last glimpse of this terrific critter... #8116527
